Bake Bake Bake
I am addicted to baking lately. I've made banana cakes, chocolate cakes, fudge, pound cake, cookies...I have been baking and baking these days. I even baked 3 cakes last night. Of course I didn't eat them all otherwise I would have become obese by now! Mostly he ate it (it's ok for him as he exercises a lot) and some were given to the neighbours. Have to say I am getting popular in the neighbourhood.
The cakes I made normally don't look that good and I "believe" they do taste good as they are gone pretty quickly. So what I am trying to work on is to make them look nicer and more presentable. So I guess more cakes to bake, more work to do!
