A man and a job

His story:
This man has worked in this company for nearly 20 years starting as an Accountant. Few years ago he changed to a position that he thinks it’s easy and glam. Apparently he was not good at it. The ambitious boss decided to hire another girl to do the parts that he failed and told both the man and the girl the job assignment and distribution. Two months from then, he wants neither letting go nor sharing any information with the girl. He also starts playing silly little games esp behind her back.

My story:
I am tired of this. I am not here to replace him so I don’t know what he’s afraid of. I will give him the benefits of doubt that the last few things were done before the boss’ specific instruction. I just want to do my job and do a good job. I won’t let any stupid things happen to stop that. So get the fuck off my face man!
