I used to celebrate Thanksgiving while living in the states. The turkey is always too big and too much for everybody. End up using its bone to make porridge the next day, and its quite tasty :)

We only have turkey for xmas...love it and the ham too..always enough to have it for few days..haven't thought of using the bones for porridge though. Good idea!

We haven't been back for xmas for 6 years already..look forward to having the big feast this year! :D
